Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – WATER PUPPET SHOW(D)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. Day 3: SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI VILLAGES (B/L/D)

You will reach Sapa at early morning. Transfer to hotel and have breakfast in hotel. The day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sa Pa valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6 km) En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight. Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well tended rice terraces on your way to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continuing through the colorful rice terraces you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River you will cross a small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement. Here you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses and some beautiful decorative patterns. We lunch in a home in the village. After lunch the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa.

Day 4: SAPA – HANOI BY LIMOUSINE BUS

After breakfast. Say goodbye to beautiful Sapa and friendly people. Arrive at Hanoi by afternoon. Free time to relax by yourself. Overnight in Hano

Day 5: HANOI - HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON THE CRUISE (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by car for Ha Long Bay through the extensive landscapes of the Red River Delta. Arrival at Ha Long Bay around noon. You’ll be warmly welcomed by Cruises receptionists at the International Tuan Chau harbour. Enjoy lunch in the restaurant. Check in to rest in the room or get on the cruise’s roof to relax, savor the scenery, and hunt for beautiful photos of Lan Ha Bay. In the afternoon, you will begin to participate in activities on board, explore caves, swim o you can enjoy the view or relax in the jacuzzi, enjoy afternoon tea. Day 6: HALONG – HANOI (B/L/D)

Here is nothing better than a morning waking up in the middle of the sea, watching the sunrise and enjoying the fresh air. You’ll take part in Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes. Have breakfast and enjoy the magnificent beauty of Lan Ha Bay while the cruise takes you to visit the bay. Brunch is served while back to the harbor. Return to the harbor and move back to Hanoi. Day 7: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Then you will have freetime. In the evening, the driver will take you to the airport for your departure flight.

Policy

1.Deposits & Payment Policy

Deposit of 20% of the total of tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The full prepayment will need to be made 45 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

2.Children Policies

+ Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding.

+ Children under 2 years old are free of charge for land services, only charge fee from airlines if have.

+ Children from 2-6 years old: 50% of adult price, or quote case by case

+ Children from 7-11 years old: 75% of adult price, or quote case by case

+ Children from 12 years old up: 100% adult price

3.Booking Amendment

You can amend your booking when the confirmation is made. Just contact us at Info@mettavoyage.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly. The extra expense may be occurred will be informed to you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.

4.Cancellation Policy

NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$ 100 per person upon the package tours services confirmation will be applied.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:

o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 44 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fee applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.

*** Non Refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

5.Refund of Unused Services during travelling:

No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

6.Liability

Hera travel Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Hera Travel Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

7.Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

8.Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.

Hera Travel Co., ltd strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
