Day 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL – HOI AN(D)

Upon arrival at Da Nang International airport, our guide and driver will meet you and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An. Enjoy your free time and overnight in Hoi An

Day 2: HOI AN – CAM THANH ECO WATER COCONUT VILLAGE - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (B/L/D)

Our guide will pick up at your hotel lobby and transfer to Cam Thanh Village in Hoi An.

Take a bamboo basket boat on the Cam Thanh water coconut forest, have a brief introduction to the history there. Join local fisherman on the river and enjoy hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing. Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basket boat race. Explore the now peaceful coconut waterways of a past war. Go catch the crabs, coconut mussel. Make funny tools from coconut leaf.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a half day walking private tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 years old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.

We will then stop at the small family lantern factory to learn how to make lanterns. Experienced teachers will show you how it is done and you will get to make a lantern to take home. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 3: HOI AN – HANDICRAFT VILLAGES – HOI AN (B/L/D)

Our Guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An.

Our first stop at Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village where a large variety of vegetables is produced for the local community. At the village, you will be shown the environmentally sustainable practices which the local villagers have used for centuries and is still being used extensively today. After some farming practices, head a local family to enjoy a foot massage and the traditional herbal foot dip

In the after noon, you will continue to visit Thanh Ha Pottery Village, where our guide will take you around the village to see local daily life, stopping at one of the typical family businesses to learn how to make pottery and get some souvenirs to take home.

Day 4: HOI AN – HUE - THE IMPERIAL CITY (THE CITADEL) (B/L/D)

After breakfast, our guide will pick up at hotel and transfer to visit Hue. The destination will be Hue Imperial city (The Citadel) – the home of Vietnam’s last royal dynasty – the Nguyen Dynasty – a World Heritage Site protected by UNESCO and is the most prominent landmark of Hue as well as all of Vietnam.

Day 5: HUE PERFUME RIVER - THUY XUAN INCENSE VILLAGE (B/L/D)

After breakfast, the driver and tour guide will take you to the boat port. Then, you will take the dragon boat trip along the Huong River. Enjoy a colorful gothic Truong Tien Bridge crossing the river, which is designed by famous architect Eiffel in 1899. Through hurting war time, it still keep its own charming and become of one of the most significant symbols of ancient city.

After getting back to boat port, we will visit Thuy Xuan incense village on the way back. It has been famous for its high-quality incense for over 400 years, and it is a great opportunity to witness how locals create these fragrant products.

In the evening, enjoy your free time and overnight at your hotel.

Day 6: DA NANG DEPARTURE (B)

Enjoy your breakfast, then our tour guide will pick you up at the hotel to back to Da Nang. Today is your last day in Vietnam. Spare some time for shopping in the market and our driver will take you to the Da Nang International Airport for your next flight.

Policy

1.Deposits & Payment Policy

Deposit of 20% of the total of tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The full prepayment will need to be made 45 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

After receiving your payment, we will issue you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or e-mail.

2. Children Policies

+ Maximum 1 child can share the parent’s existing bedding.

+ Children under 2 years old are free of charge for land services, only charge fee from airlines if have.

+ Children from 2-6 years old: 50% of adult price, or quote case by case

+ Children from 7-11 years old: 75% of adult price, or quote case by case

+ Children from 12 years old up: 100% adult price

3. Booking Amendment

You can amend your booking when the confirmation is made. Just contact us at Info@mettavoyage.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly. The extra expense may be occurred will be informed to you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.

4. Cancellation Policy

NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$ 100 per person upon the package tours services confirmation will be applied.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:

o 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 44 – 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fee applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 30 days – 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o 14 – 7 days before arrival: Cancellation fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels… in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.

o Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.

*** Non Refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

5. Refund of Unused Services during travelling:

No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

6. Liability

Hera travel Co.,ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Hera Travel Co.,ltd will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

7. Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.

Notice

Tour rates are based on current fuel rates and subject to change if the fuel rates increase by 10%.

– Early airport pick up before 7am and late airport drop off after 9pm (based on the flight times) will lead to surcharges for guide and vehicle, surcharges are informed case by case.

– The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixing by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must cover unless amendment or cancellation make by clients themselves (Non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients)

– Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduct number of pax in quoted group.

– Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.

– Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote bases on the hotel policy

– Guide and vehicle will follow the exact confirmed program. Their maximum working time for sightseeing is from 08:30am to 5:30pm. Dinner time is from 07:30pm – 09:30pm including pick up/drop off from/to your hotel. Over time charge are as below:

✓ USD 25 per hour for guide and vehicle for 4-7s car;

✓ USD 35 per hours for guide and vehicle for 16s minivan;

✓ USD 50 per hour for guide and vehicle for 24 van bus up

If you need more time for sightseeing or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost from beginning.

– For lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients will have to manage themselves and no guide and vehicle/driver escort for meals
